4 Steps to Dissolving Your Stress
Schillinger Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Dear Patients & Friends,
Since I was a teenager, and up until this present time, I've gone out of my way to studywith teachers who I thought could help me become healthier, happier and holier. I quickly learned that they did not all agree with each other about how to achieve those results. However, I observed that most of them were truly living a meaningful and fulfilled life - even though they had different ways of doing it.
The one common denominator I noticed that almost all of them shared, was that they were able to relax themselves at the snap of a finger. Magically, they could calm their body and their mind regardless of what was happening around them or directly to them.
How I Can Help You Relax Quickly & Effectively
Over the years, I've put together a simple formula that I use when I'm coaching patients in their private stress management sessions, to help them better adapt to stress.
It looks like this:
Adversity → Adaptability
Suffering = the inability to adapt to adversity

4 Steps to Adapt to Stress
1) Reacting (without acting)
2) Relaxing (without controlling)
3) Responding (with virtues)
4) Restoring (with intention)
*Releasing (without harming)
*Rejuvenating (with humor)
Learn How to Use This Formula at The Workshop
At the upcoming workshop called, Stress Management Made Simple - How to Enjoy a Calm, Clear & Confident Mind, I'll teach you the easy to follow techniques to implement this formula.
If you devote just a few minutes a day to the practices that help you become "immune" to the harmful effects of stress, you'll be amazed at how you can experience wellness, even with lots of stress in your life!
If I've been able to calm my mind down to the point where I rarely get agitated, then anyone can! I was raised in NYC where yelling and being upset was considered "normal." All of the techniques I teach, I've also been using for myself - with great results!
I look forward to seeing you at the workshop!
True,
Dr Mark
