Anyone Can Get Their Life Together

Dear Patients & Friends,
As a teenager in high school, my non - academic studies focused on personal growth and spiritual development. I loved exploring the wide variety of ancient wisdom teachings. Of course, being a "special case" in high school (read: not interested), my teachers knew that I was not giving my best effort in their classes.
Thankfully, I kept up my academic studies just enough (read: I think my mother paid off some of my teachers) in order to graduate. and to get accepted into college.
I Really Got Lucky
I tried attending a conventional classroom college where I found myself siting in classes all day, just like in high school. Although I was thankful to be able to choose my own classes, there was something about that experience that was not as fulfilling as I hoped college could be.
In the early 1970s, I enrolled at a new and innovative university called, Empire State College, in Manhattan. It was literally the first college where you did not have to sit in classes. With the help of a personal mentor that was assigned to you, you could study privately with people of your choice, take classes at other colleges or institutes, travel, or anything else you wanted, as long as it related to your major.
I was assigned a personal mentor who not only literally looked like Gandalf The Wizard in Lord of The Rings, he actually was a wizard. He always saw right thru me and granted me to the ability to audit classes at almost any other college I wanted, or receive direct mentorship from teachers that were willing to work with me.
I put most of my attention in these areas: the mystical philosophy of world religions, art/music, stress management, quantum physics and transpersonal psychology. I worked closely with many teachers who sincerely wanted to help me become deeply fulfilled in my pursuit of happiness.
Putting it All Together
In the treatment room, when patients ask me how well I'm doing, they typically respond to me in the same way. They usually say something like this, "Oh, Dr. Mark, every time I ask you this question, you always say that you feel happy, healthy and holy."
Well, that's true!
And while I do have very brief periods of down time (read: a few hours or a few days at most), I'm consistently happy because I've been able to put together all of the wisdom I've learned over the past 5 decades into a very specific lifestyle that's become the direct source of my inner peace and calm.
I Can Teach You How to Master Your "Way"
I believe all humans are innately born with a desire to be happy. What I've observed from life coaching so many people over the past 35 years is this: it's never too late to move your life in the right direction. No matter what age you are, if you're ready to make consistent forward strides in your personal growth, start your journey. Don't put it off.
If you're sincerely interested in learning more about my stress management and life coaching services, you can reply to this email, or speak to me about this by scheduling a free 20-minute consultation. While I'll get to know what your goals are, the ultimate purpose of this time together (phone, Skype, or in person) is for both of us to decide if my skills are a good match for your needs.
One of the skills I've become adept at is working with people who have the busiest of schedules. I have one of the busiest lives of the people I know, and I've been able to "make it all happen" in my personal, family and work lives.
Contact the office and let them know that you'd like to schedule a call with me.
