Attend My Stress Management Class at College of Marin

Dear Patients & Friends,
When I was in high school in New York City, I often wondered with real fear: What I was going to do to make a living as an adult. As a teenager, I was more interested in personal growth and spiritual development than pursuing a career in business or technology.
I knew that I was going to have my own family at some point in my life, so I was clear with myself that I needed to do something that was meaningful and fulfilling. I remember being in my first year of college in Oswego, New York (it was SO cold there that it snowed during finals week in mid-May), when I realized that the idea of becoming a college professor was really appealing to me.
I have a super long story that I'll make very short.
In the early 1980s, I began my professional career as an educator, teaching stress management seminars in the corporate world. At the time, I was still attending Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon.
After that, I've never stopped teaching since I started practicing in San Rafael in 1985. I coach people privately as a mentor, and I teach workshops on a wide variety of topics on the West Coast. One of my biggest accomplishments is my presentation called, "Adjusting the Mind Seminar."
This program has been approved as a California Board Certified Continuing Education course for chiropractors and acupuncturists. The 12-hour course shows healthcare practitioners how to use my stress reduction techniques, both for themselves and for their patients.
Stress Management Class at College of Marin
I'm so happy to be approved to teach a 7-week course at College of Marin (COM), starting at the end of this month. This very practical program is called, "Easeful Living in a Stressful World – Reducing Stress & Increasing Energy."
If you have ever wanted to see me privately for the stress management services I provide but haven't done so, I can assure you that studying with me at COM is a lot less expensive; it is literally hundreds of dollars less!
Registration is now open. If you're interested in checking the class out further, click here to see the details on the COM website. The details are in the section, "Health Education and Health Science" on page 12 of the booklet.
The first class is on Tuesday, January 30 from 7:00PM – 9:00PM.
True,
Dr. Mark
