How to Construct a Wonderful Lifestyle
Dear Patients and Friends
On my medical intake form for new patients, I always carefully review the section entitled, "Happiness". Research on happiness clearly reveals that people who do not have a harmonious lifestyle that successfully integrates their personal, family, community and professional needs, are likely to suffer from a variety of physical and emotional symptoms.
These are the questions that are on the form:
1) Are you happy with the way your life is turning out?
Yes * Almost Always * Sometimes * Mostly Not * No *
2) What keeps you from enjoying a happier life? (check all that apply)
- Lack of clarity about how to move your life in the right direction
- You have the clarity but not the motivation
- You have the clarity but not the mentor or method to implement your ideas
- Lack of self-confidence to move in the right direction for your life
- Lack of time for your personal growth and well-being
3) Are you able to set personal goals and accomplish them within the time-frame you want?
Consistently * Frequently * Intermittently * Occasionally * Rarely *
4) Do you engage in personal growth activities? (Example: workshops, self-help books, etc.)
Consistently * Frequently * Intermittently * Occasionally * Rarely *
Not surprisingly, more than half of the patients honestly answer that they're not happy with the way their life is turning out. They do a good job of owning the reasons why:
1) they don't have time to pursue their happiness
2) they don't have the right mentor or a proven method
The Main Elements of Happiness
When I'm life coaching patients I tell them that the purpose of our work is to show them how to create a healthy lifestyle where these 4 areas of life are eventually mastered:
1) Relaxation - having the skill to relax anywhere, anytime regardless of the conditions that are occurring around you
2) Identity - knowing what your core personal values are and how to creatively express them with clarity and confidence
3) Spirituality - understanding the nature of reality in a way that's so profound for you that it causes the deepest inner contentment
4) Relationships - creating rewarding and resourceful relationships where everyone feels safe to be true to themselves through respectful and soulful communications
Special Offer
If you're curious about how to create a fulfilling lifestyle - while also having a demanding job and dealing with a spouse and children - I'm offering my initial life coaching session of 90 minutes at half-price.
I'm offering it to you for $137.50 throughout the month February (normally the cost is $275). Taking advantage of this unreasonably low fee is a great way for you to take the next step to bringing more physical health, mental calmness, emotional well-being and deeper spiritual peace into your life.

Free Consultation
If you want to find out more about how we may work together, act now- contact the office to schedule a free 20-minute session with me. During this time, I'll ask you questions to find out what your goals are. Of course you can ask me questions about my experience and expertise.
That way, we can both decide if we're a good match for each other.
To schedule your introductory consultation (can be in person, on Skype or by phone) call the office at (415) 491-0959, or email us here.
If you enjoy your first 90-minute session and decided you wanted more time together, my regular fee of $200/hour would apply.
After the session, if it wasn't right for you (very rarely happens) and you decide that you "just want me to be your chiropractor", I will not be insulted.
