Stress Management Workshop

According to medical literature, 80% of ALL illness is stress related. Stress is often called the "silent killer" because its negative effects usually take years before it shows up as symptoms that may be incurable (think cancer, arthritis, cardio-vascular disease, and Parkinson's).
If you don't know how to relax your brain while you're under stress, hormones called adrenaline and cortisol—if not quickly controlled—can literally cause your muscles, skin, and organs to degenerate, causing death.
You Can't Avoid Stress—So Deal With It!
Our society does a really poor job of teaching school children how to deal with stress and encouraging adults to take better care of themselves. Until you take full responsibility of learning how to stop your brain from reacting to stress, chances are, you will not be able to live your life with all the energy you would like to have. The stress reduction techniques I teach take no longer than 20 seconds to complete! Anyone, even those of you with the busiest of schedules, can do these techniques anywhere and anytime without anybody else knowing that you are doing them. The good news is that you can be really effective with reducing the intensity of your stress by learning these simple methods that calm your mind.
Upcoming Stress Management Workshop
On Thursday, April 26th, I'll be teaching a workshop at the San Rafael Public Library called, "Stress Management Made Simple" from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. I assure you that you'll leave the seminar much better prepared to properly deal with the negative effects of stress.
This workshop is free.
