The True Source of Well-Being
Schillinger Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Dear Patients & Friends,
I always encourage all of you to consider taking better care yourselves spiritually, mentally and physically. Consider that the deepest source of well-being comes when you respect yourself for consistently being true to yourself.
One of the biggest sources of stress for people is being in-decisive about important decisions.
In my life-coaching sessions with patients, I preach that all people need to live by the virtues, values and behaviors that are authentic for them. When you live in high integrity with yourself, you'll make decisions that reveal who you are - not based on what you think others want you to do.
Important decisions should be made from the "inside -- out", meaning, doing what you need to do based on your intuition or experience.
When we live this way, we'll eventually develop self-respect, or, esteeming ourselves with high regard.

Make the Time for YOU
If you decide that the exceptional health of your mind/body/spirit is worth your attention and action, then you'll have to be responsible for developing the discipline to focus your time management around the care for yourself. We all need to review how we allow ourselves to be pulled away from our core needs by our work, family, friends and much less important habits.
How is it that in times of crisis, we can exclude all of our daily routines to attend to our special-needs? When we decide to attend to our most important daily special needs through the rituals of exercising, eating well, meditating, walking, praying, visiting with health care practitioners, communing with friends/family, etc. we will be living a self- respecting lifestyle.
REMEMBER: By consistently doing one helpful activity for your body or mind for just a few minutes a day, you'll literally be re-training yourself to become healthier and happier. Just do it!
True,
